Does my employer have the legal right to make me work around asbestos?

Today, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) sets limits for acceptable levels of asbestos in the work place. The organization has also created guidelines for engineering controls and respirators, protective clothing, exposure monitoring, hygiene facilities and practices, warning signs, labeling, record keeping, and medical exams to make sure that asbestos is handled in safe manner.
